For both home and industrial purposes, RO is employed in the water purification process. RO systems are regarded as the most effective water filtration techniques since they provide clean, great tasting water. It is a physical separation process where dissolved particles are filtered from contaminated water.
This system removes calcium and magnesium that causes hardness from water through ion exchange. The process involves passing the hard water through a bead of resin beads which strips all the water of all hardness.
In order to provide clean water, this procedure uses a pressure-driven barrier to suspend sediments, bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. It an be used in both post and pre-treatment of water.
This process removes any toxic or non-toxic materials/chemicals (effluents) from industrial wastewater for its reuse or the safe release into the environment.
STPs are designed to repurpose wastewater into clean water. The STP purifies water by removing solid waste in the first phase, bacterial and microorganisms in the second phase and re-filters and purifies water in the final stage.
Demineralization is the removal of dissolved mineral solid using an ion exchange process. This method is preferred over conventional distillation as its end product is of a higher quality.
